I, the undersigned, declare that I am aware of and consent to the host HB d.o.o, Primostek 50, 8332 Gradac, collecting and processing my personal and other data that I have provided, namely for the purpose of transmitting data to the local police administration and for reporting on guests and overnight stays to Ajpes.
The data is legally stored. I am aware of the right to request access to personal data, correction, or limitation of processing from the controller. The host keeps a guest book in accordance with the deadlines set out in the tenth paragraph of Article 39 of the ZPPreb-1.
It stipulates that the host keeps guest data for the calendar year. After one year from the end of the calendar year, the host deletes the data from the electronic guest book or destroys it if the guest book is kept in physical form.
